By accessing or using the Golf4Community platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered members, community captains, sponsors, and administrators who access or use the Platform.

To register for an account, you must be at least 18 years of age. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that: • You are at least 18 years old. • All information you provide during registration is accurate and current. • You are not prohibited by law from using the Platform. For youth golfers under the age of 18 participating in sponsored programs, registration must be completed and consented to by a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to: • Provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account. • Notify us immediately at support@golf4community.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. • Not share your login credentials with any other person. • Not create multiple accounts for the same individual. Golf4Community reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Golf4Community is a community platform. All members are expected to behave respectfully and professionally. You agree NOT to: • Post, upload, or share content that is offensive, hateful, harassing, or discriminatory. • Spam, solicit, or send unsolicited promotional messages to other members. • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation. • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law. • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its related systems. • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination at our sole discretion.

Golf4Community offers tiered membership plans that unlock additional features. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to: • Pay the applicable fees at the time of purchase. • Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected). • Provide accurate billing information and keep it up to date. Refund Policy: All membership purchases are final. Refunds will only be issued in exceptional circumstances and at Golf4Community's sole discretion. Contact support@golf4community.com within 7 days of a purchase to request a review. Prices are subject to change with reasonable advance notice to members.

Members may sponsor youth golfers through our platform. By making a sponsorship contribution, you acknowledge that: • Sponsorship contributions are voluntary and non-refundable. • Golf4Community facilitates the sponsorship process and may allocate contributions to eligible youth participants at its discretion. • A portion of contributions may be used for program administration. All sponsorship transactions are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

Members may post content including text, images, and comments on the Platform ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you: • Grant Golf4Community a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Platform. • Represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you post. • Agree that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws. Golf4Community reserves the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or our Community Standards, without prior notice.

All content, branding, logos, designs, software, and materials on the Golf4Community Platform are the intellectual property of Golf4Community or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without explicit written permission from Golf4Community.

The Platform may integrate with or link to third-party services, including payment processors and social media platforms. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. Golf4Community is not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party services.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Golf4Community does not warrant that: • The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. • Information on the Platform is accurate, complete, or current. • Defects will be corrected. Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Golf4Community and its officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to Golf4Community in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Golf4Community reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting support@golf4community.com.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Georgia.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via the Platform or email. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.
